CruiseDealsOnLine.co.uk is a trading name of Cruise Prices Compared Limited (the Company). We strongly recommend that you read the information below as these terms and conditions will apply to the holiday, flight(s), cruise and/or tickets you have purchased from the Company

The information contained in this website is for general information purposes only. The information is provided by the Company and whilst this Company will endeavour to keep the information up-to-date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, prices or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

In no event will the Company be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the use of this website.

The Company will endeavour to ensure all passengers satisfaction in making their cruise holiday arrangements. However, it is understood and accepted by you that the Company is acting on your behalf and it is therefore necessary to make the following conditions apply to your purchase

The Company is a member of ABTA and as such, must comply with and abide by ABTAs Code of Conduct. ABTA protection applies to services supplied by the Company but does not apply to services featured on this website that are provided by any company that is not a member of ABTA.

All bookings accepted by the Company and arrangements made are subject to the booking conditions imposed by the principals. The Principals are the Company, the various cruise operators, hotels or hotel agents and airlines or airline agents and Tour Companys or tour agents. All tickets, vouchers and coupons are issued by the Company upon the express condition that the Company is not liable to any passenger for any loss, damage, delay, injury, cancellation, or any additional expense, suffered by any passenger whatsoever, or for any cause beyond the Companys control. The total liability of the Company shall not exceed the total payment received from the client in respect of any booking.

Payment will be required as per the booking conditions of the Principal. The exact payment requirements will be advised at the time of booking.

If, after a deposit is taken, the balance is not paid by the designated time. The Company reserves the right, after due notice to the client, to cancel the booking and all deposits and assurances will be forfeited. Any charge imposed by the Principal to cancel the booking, will be the liability of the customer.

Any cancellation must be made to the Company in writing, by Recorded Delivery. We cannot accept cancellation by telephone. Cancellations are effective from the date we receive them. Upon receipt we will contact the relevant Principal (which could be the Company). You will then be liable for those charges.

In the event that the customer wishes to cancel or amend his or her booking; the customer acknowledges that the Company (and other suppliers) are going to have to perform work on his or her behalf to effect that amendment and are entitled to charge the customer £100 to cover administration and staff time and expense for that additional work in addition to any costs that may be incurred as a result of that amendment.

The customer further acknowledges that if he or she wishes to transfer a booking to another date; that change is a cancellation of the original booking and will be treated by the Company as such.

If your holiday involves a scheduled flight, any monies recovered from the airlines for flight taxes will not be refunded.

If a hotelier or cruise line or airline impose local taxes or other charges (variously described as gratuities or resort fees or airport enhancement charges or anything analogous thereto) the payment of such charges is the sole responsibility of the Customer and the Company shall not be obliged to pay or reimburse the Customer for any such charge or payment.

As we incur costs in cancelling your travel arrangements, you will have to pay the applicable cancellation charges up to the maximum shown in the table below:

          More than 98 days: Loss of Deposit

  • 70-98 days: 50% (or loss of deposit if greater)
  • 29-69 days: 75%
  • 22-28 days: 90%
  • 15-21 days: 95%
  • 14 days or less: 100%


Note: If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of an insurance policy, you may be able to recover those charges under your policy

If you are paying by credit card, an additional charge of 2.0% will be levied.

Prices quoted throughout this site are subject to change at any time and the services offered subject to availability

We strongly advise you to take out a fully comprehensive insurance which will give adequate cover against Medical Expenses, Personal Accident, Cancellation, Curtailment, Baggage, Personal Effects and Money.

Passengers are personally responsible for any Visas, Vaccinations and Passports that will be required to travel and the costs and expenses that may be involved in obtaining them.

We accept no liability whatever if any passenger does not obtain the necessary visa or permit for a particular country or destination. We would strongly recommend visiting the Foreign and Commonwealth Office website for all the latest travel, health and VISA information if you are travelling to a destination outside the EU. It is especially important to check in plenty of time before your holiday, if you are visiting a country for which inoculations are recommended or required, the Department of Health provides this information. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to obtain visas and to make sure you have a passport with at least 6 months validity on it (calculated as at the date of return).
